The Tokyo Security Committee, abbreviated as TSC, is a federal agency formed to replace the Commission of Counter Ghoul, in the aftermath of the conflict with V. Instead of serving as an anti-ghoul organization, it is a peacekeeping force that works to deal with the on-going threat of Dragon Orphans. It uses the same ranking system as the CCG, though field agents are known as "Peacekeepers".
It partners with the Ghoul organization, the United Front, to foster coexistence between humanity and ghouls.
