Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The main character, Kishou Arima is shown to have dark blue hair during his high school days.
  • The term "Jack" illuminates the fact that the protagonist's role as a ghoul investigator could be associated with playing a game of cards: Jack comes directly under Ace, King, and Queen. According to literature, a Jack is considered to be either a servant of royalty or a very reliable, dark-haired youth. In essence, this links the protagonist to his affiliation with the CCG.
