The Skull Masks (スカルマスク, Sukaru Masuku) are a gang of ghouls that operated in the 13th ward. They were named for the distinctive skull masks worn by members, and appeared in the Side Story: Joker.
They were eliminated by the Suzuya Squad.

The Skull Masks were a dangerous gang that operated out of the 13th ward, and were known for their violent killings. Juuzou Suzuya and Hanbee Abara were primarily responsible for dealing with the gang. The gang was eliminated after the death of its leader, with Suzuya tricking his subordinate into killing her to save him.[1]
