Ogata (緒方, Ogata) was Taishi Fura's and Kishou Arima's homeroom teacher during the events of Tokyo Ghoul: Jack.[1]
He was badly injured in an attack by the ghoul Tanaka.[2][3]
Appearance[]
Ogata is a sightly overweight middle-aged man with short brown hair.
Personality[]
Little is known about this man. He liked diligent students, and he also did not like rebels and hooligans, which was Taishi. He often chastised his students for breaches of discipline. Ogata seems very disciplined and strict, as he repeatedly called out Arima and Taishi.
Plot[]
He chastises Fura for his poor attendance in math class, when Taishi grabs Arima by the collar of his shirt, Ogata kicks Fura out citing him as interfering with "decent students".
During his evening tour of the school, he notices Arima and Taishi waiting and intends to send them away. However, he does not have time. A suspicious looking janitor to Ogata stabs him with his kagune.
He punishes Fura for going to school so rarely, and then when he grabs Arima by the shirt, he reprimands him, telling him not to bother the good students in his class. Later, he intends to get rid of his student, when he is punched in the stomach by Tanaka.
