This quinque, although never named, is a very skillful quinque wielded by Kureo Mado, before it was destroyed by Jason.
It was seen being wielded like a sharp sword, easily able to behead Kie Muramatsu. It has the ability to switch to three long spear-like tentacles that encase the enemy's head and most of the body. - It is likely that Mado preferred using this quinque more than the others in his collection due to the fact he was seen using during his fight with Jason and in the past before the start of the series when he beheaded Kie Muramatsu.
