Following Banjou, he has joined Kaneki's group of ghouls.
Typically, he wears a gas mask with one filter and a hoodie with the number "1" stitched on the hood (in Japanese, ichi (一) means one).
When his hood is removed, he shows spiky black hair.
Ichimi, Jiro and Sante followed Kazuichi Banjou as Banjou visited Anteiku. After Kaneki had unintentionally knocked out Banjou, they told him about Banjou's one-sided admiration and love for Rize and how Banjou tried to lead the ghouls of the 11th ward. They also expressed their disdain about the Aogiri Tree ghouls that suddenly usurped the power in the 11th ward.
As part of Anti-Aogiri he takes part in the escape attempt. He, along with Sante and Jiro kill an Aogiri guard that sets off the alarm and along with Banjou and Kaneki they stay behind to fight the Bin brothers to give the rest of the group a chance to escape.
Ichimi, Jiro and Sante follow Banjou into Kaneki's group after the battle.
Raid of Kanou's Lab
As part of Kaneki's group Ichimi, Jiro and Sante assist him in his search for Kanou and the attack on the Ghoul Restaurant, sneaking in disguised as janitors along with Banjou. Later when fighting over Taguchi with Naki and Shachi the trio fight Gagi and Guge, a fight they continue in Kanou's Lab before teaming up to fight the CCG.
When Kaneki wounds Banjou the trio attempt to protect their old leader but are easily knocked aside.
Owl Suppression Operation
When Kaneki's group is dissolved the trio say they will follow Banjou wherever he goes.
They continued to support Banjou without fail. Also, Jiro became Banjou's wife. Tsukiyama organized their traditional ghoul wedding ceremony.
