Yamori's torturer was formerly an interrogator stationed at the CCG's Ghoul Detention Center. He is notorious for his sadistic tendencies, and is noted as the person who tortured the once imprisoned Yakumo Oomori.
After his mishap with Yamori's escape, he was later seen working at the CCG Academy. Whether he continues to work there is currently unknown.
