Overview of the 13th ward.
The 13th ward (１３区, jūsan-ku) is the Shibuya ward in Tokyo. In the past, this ward had so much bloodshed it is scary even for ghouls.[1] Since then the CCG has achieved total closeout in the ward, an action accredited to Juuzou Suzuya and his squad.[2]
The 13th ward is the location of Tokyo Ghoul: Jack.
