The Clown Siege was a wide-scale assault on Tokyo by members of the Clowns, primarily focused on assaulting civilians in numerous wards. In response to these attacks, the CCG worked in combination with emergency medical responders to rescue the civilians endangered and stop destruction to buildings. The organization Goat also mobilized its forces, using the chaos to establish themselves as a separate group hostile to the Clowns.

Meanwhile, a 4-person team was tasked with infiltrating the CCG Laboratory Division to steal Rc suppressants.
