Shuugo Kukiyama (久木山 翔吾, Kukiyama Shūgo) is Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator. He is participating in the Auction mopping-up operation as a member of the Atou squad.

- Kukiyama was modeled after one of the 20 winners among the applicants to the ghoul investigator recruitment campaign. He is associated with "perseverance" (忍耐) in the operation reports attached to the chapters.
