Ryouta Ooshiba (大芝 亮汰,Ōshiba Ryōta) was a First Class Ghoul Investigator. He participated in the Auction mopping-up operation as the squad leader of the Ooshiba squad.
His testicles were crushed by Nutcracker, resulting in his death from shock.[1]

- Ooshiba was modeled after one of the 20 winners among the applicants to the ghoul investigator recruitment campaign. He is associated with "joke" (冗談) in the operation reports attached to the chapters.
