Fujishige Iba (伊庭 藤重, Iba Fujishige) was a Special Class Ghoul Investigator. He was the superior of Yukinori Shinohara and Kureo Mado.

A middle-aged man with black hair, after several years, his hair turned white, just like Kaneki, Arima, and Seidou.

Ten years ago, Iba fought the One-Eyed Owl during Owl's third attack in the 2nd ward. He lost his right arm in this fight.[1]
Post-20th Ward One-Eyed Owl Battle[]
Iba joins Kuroiwa and Suzuya in Shinohara's hospital room after a doctor explained Shinohara's current vegetative state. Iba reflects with a smile how his past two juniors were with him.
